This fabulous fine lace gown, is made up of exquisite and rare antique lace dating for around 1900. The top of this dress has been created using intricate Brussels lace which is incredibly detailed and valuable lace that would all have been made by hand. It has been laid across the back to give a beautiful draped feature which also falls over the shoulder to create a sleeve. There is a very deep v back underneath the draped piece, which gathers slightly at the bottom, then flares out to give a fabulous shape to the skirt. All of the lace used in the skirt is also of a similar age and is totally hand embroidered. We have used several varying types of lace to combine and enhance one another and create a soft romantic design.
